Valve Drops Dota 2 Patch 7.38b

Valve has released balance update 7.38b.

The update affects various aspects of the game, including a reduced reward for killing the Tormentor, while the Tormentor itself has been strengthened. Additionally, item balance changes have been introduced, with Glimmer Cape receiving a nerf.

Developers have also nerfed meta heroes while buffing less frequently picked characters in matchmaking and the professional scene. Notably, Abaddon has been weakened.
